AllClear is a fully private practice and all treatments & check ups must be paid for on or before completion.
Price changes
We periodically review our prices and these may change without notice. Our up to date price list will always be available on our website or from the practice. In accordance with our policy to quote our prices with no hidden extras, in the event that prices change when you are partway through a course of treatment, we will complete your treatment at the lower of the original and new prices.
Payment of deposits
When you register at AllClear, we will ask you to pay for your initial check up in advance, For other appointments, you may be asked to pay a deposit:
- For general dental procedures, a minimum of £20.00.
- For surgical procedures to be carried out by a visiting specialist, 50% of the treatment cost
Cancellation/non-attendance
When booking visiting specialists, AllClear commits to pay the specialist an attendance fee based on the patients booked. Therefore, appointments booked with specialists cannot be cancelled without the agreement of the specialist and we reserve the right to retain any deposit paid in the event of non-attendance.
For other treatments, if you are unable to attend your appointment, we ask you to tell us as soon as possible and, at the very latest, 24 hours before your appointment is due. If you do not give sufficient notice, we reserve the right to retain any deposit paid.
