Payment
When booking your appointment, we will ask you to pay a deposit. If you are a new patient booking a check up, we will ask you to pay the full price of the check up; for other treatments, the deposit is normally £20 but we reserve the right to request a higher amount. Deposits are normally fully refundable providing at least 24 hours notice of cancellation/postponement is given but please refer to our terms and conditions by clicking here
Payment of deposits can be made over the phone by debit or credit cards or by calling into the practice.
